Order Processing

Once you place your order, our team works hard to complete it within 1-2 days. Besides that, you can anticipate deliveries between Monday and Friday during business hours. Likewise, we will process any purchases made over the weekend or on a holiday on the following business day. You will receive an email notification if there is a delay in processing times. Well, for all Australian orders, we provide express and standard delivery options. So, please allot 4–12 business days for standard delivery and 2–5 business days for express delivery.

Shipping Costs

We offer both standard and express delivery as shipping options for your convenience. The size, weight, and shipping destination of the order will all affect how much it will cost to ship. In fact, the system will automatically calculate shipping costs at the time of purchase.

  • International shipping starts at AU$25

Dispatch Time

In general, orders depart from our warehouse 1-2 days after the date of purchase. Our company will send you an email with tracking information when they ship your order. Thus, you can track your package by following the link in the email. We recommend providing a business address or an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Nevertheless, please note that we may ship orders of multiple items in more than one delivery. In a nutshell, your shipping confirmation email will indicate this through multiple tracking numbers.

International Shipping

We provide international shipping options in order to better serve our clients worldwide. Depending on where you live, deliveries made outside of Australia should show up within 10 to 50 business days of the time of shipment. Hence, international orders may be subject to customs and import duties, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

You can easily check the status of your order both within Australia and internationally using the tracking information provided.
